The assumptions we make about our environment and global warming !
Are these assumptions correct?
Firstly, most people do not know or understand the best action you can take to slow global warming.
Yet 70% thought that they did know! They thought the top five actions are:
1 Recycling
2 Buying electricity from renewable sources
3 Buying an electric car
4 Less packaging
5 Buying items that last

Secondly, most people are not aware of the global impacts of climate change.
Is migration due to climate change or conflict?
43% said conflict and 32% said climate
In the last six years how many have been the warmest on record?
Just 4% said all 6 !

Thirdly, most people misunderstand or ignore messages on climate change.
Electric cars, diet, insulation, carbon credits, net zero and renewable energy are all misunderstood.
The survey asked;
Is it better to eat locally produced beef and dairy or become vegetarian with some of the veg flown from abroad? 57% said eat locally produced beef and dairy, 20% said vegetarian including food flown in from abroad !
